Microsoft is charging me for stuff I didn't buy

It has been the second time Microsoft sent me a bill through my email about me supposedly buying microtransactions for GTA5. The first time spend money I had in my xbox from gift cards, now its using money from the credit card I use to keep my subscription.

I even changed my password after the first bill so it's not a hacker situation.

I don't even play GTA5 anymore.

order history in your profile to verify the purchases made. If they are purchases that you have not made, change password immediately and check that you can get a refund (if it's still possible).

No doubt they are rats... they charged me for a game I didn't buy and ignore me also for that

Bought my stuff today and had the same problem. I should have done my research. Then again, I didn't expect a game not to give me the stuff I bought after they charged my credit card....

i don't see why EA would "hate" me, i buy enough of their ***. also, is it EA or bioware in charge of the online servers and stuff?

I preordered through MW 2019 and I got all the in game stuff, but the system thinks that I don’t own the game and wants me to buy it again. I don’t want to miss out on the beta because of Microsoft’s issues. I also don’t want to be double charged.
