I posted earlier today about the issues I'm having with someone attempting to make fraudulent charges on my account, even after all the appropriate security measures were taken with my bank and Microsoft.

Want to know what their solution is? Block the merchant with your credit card company permanently.

So now I have a credit card that's completely useless when it comes to Microsoft purchases, and if I ever want to buy something from them again, I'll need to upload new card information from a different bank and risk that being compromised as well, or put
cash onto a pre-paid card.

Great Job guys. You did nothing to help me figure out how my account was compromised and continues to be.

You did however, just create a new Sony customer.

Not sure why you continue to have issues with your account. I have been on Xbox for years and have never had a problem. Hopefully, you won't have the same issue with Sony.

I makes me laugh when I read these it just proves that all the hacker that loss on xbox go to psn where they problem don't get ban because sony loves hacker. I joke at least I hope they don't love hacks.

Browny what difference does it make who is worth what. Broke as a joke sony made a better console than filthy rich MS, that tells how much MS cares about their customers. Do you love facebook and apple too as they are rich?
