    Reset your IP address. It should be as simple as unplugging your connection for about 15 minutes. Not sure if that's enough to do it, but a quick Google can show you how. If is persists, keep the messages in your inbox and call Microsoft.

    Sorry to hear about your frustration regarding this issue. Have you checked the inbox of the email associated with your Microsoft Account? The codes would have most likely been delivered there and not via Xbox LIVE. Also remember to look carefully in the
    Spam folder of you cannot find it in the Inbox.
