    So how come Xbox is purposely ignoring to allow me to change my profile picture? I literally just want to have an anime gamer pic that isn’t lewd or anything. When I try to change my pic it says they are waiting to check if it’s acceptable and stuff but I end up waiting like 30 minutes and no results. BUT WHEN I USE MY ALT ACCOUNTS THEY INSTANTLY CHANGE!??? What is this!?

    It could take upto 48 hours to make the change sometimes. If you've changed it on your main account, all you can do is wait, it might take sometime but it will come through or you'll receive a message about why the change can't happen. Apologies for the inconvenience

    Yeah I can change the profile pic with the image I want in my Alt account, but in my main account it doesn’t wanna work, my assumption is my constant changing of my profile pic, or an enforcement from an older Time because of my pfp, or by losing gamepass ultimate, it won’t change anymore. Those three are what I had thought of first.

    Regarding your issue, please note that the change might take a little while for your custom image to appear while we verify that it’s OK to use. (If it’s not, the image will be reverted to the last gamerpic or avatar you were using.)

    Please try to also remove and re-add your account to see if this will help resolve the issue for you on this account.
