    Microsoft I need help.


    My Xbox live account was already suspended from messaging, the day I was unsuspended I got suspended again, both times for communication, I had no contact with anyone outside of the Xbox live party I was in that day, the new suspension is now till the 12th
    of August, then out of nowhere as I was watching YouTube, I got another suspension for threatening someone and I never did, I love Xbox but this serious bs, I can't talk to o anyone or play GTA online for what can only be false reports.

    When you sign up for LIVE on the Dashboard, auto-renewal is set to on. You can simply call up phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/contact-us) to turn this off. Once your 1 month
    runs out, you'd be able to remove the debit card.

    If you already have a past-due balance, you'd have to call support to settle this balance.

    Forum support isn't going to be able to fix it. You'll have to wait until chat gets to you or use the phone. Either way you're facing a long wait due to the XBone launch.

    No one here can help you. You have to pay off the balance before you can use the prepaid card on your account. Whenever you purchase Live from Xbox it turns on auto-renewal. You have to call support to have them turn it off.

    Sorry, but there's not anything we can do for you in that situation. You should have an option to try resetting the password for the email, but unless you remember your passwords, there's nothing that can be done.
