Why aren't there humans to answer people trying to get their account un-suspended? Why are they hiding like secret police and saying "here just read the guidelines for 2 weeks for all of your answers that we won't answer because we like to **** our customer". This needs a class action suit immediately. We pay specifically for online access, time sensitive in game purchases such as GTA+, another monthly subscription inside of xbox live which 15 days of, is being stolen WITHOUT warning, without any notification what so ever until AFTER you are banned. The appeal process is a joke, it's just a button to make you think they are taking any helpful action when they aren't. If someone thinks they are being harassed, they can BLOCK THEM. End of story. Block them. These clowns are allowing griefers and the like to win by helping them. Take all the comms away, but not the actual online playing of ONLINE-SPECIFIC purchases.

It's a communication with 5 out of 8 "strikes" yet there's no prior anything, no warning, no notifications, and yeah, you get an appeal in the form of a single little "feedback" box that is generally instantly denied. Then the options are "nobody at microsoft will speak to you about this". The tech dept can't help you (they say that right on the enforcement blocking message). So who do we have to go to? Bill Gates? There isn't even any information given back in their appeal denial. Just says "harassment" and this in via GTA5, an adult made game, for mature audiences. If someone doesn't want to be harassed, they can simply block the person, so whats with all this extra sh*t all of a sudden?

Well then that's the issue

You don't understand how networks works

Game rating doesn't give you a free license that's only affects in-game content not how you interact with others

Online interactions are still subject to the terms of use

Not to mention support has nothing to do with enforcement as they don't have access at any company as those teams are offline only for the exact reason to avoid harassment

Only moderated methods of contact Like secured websites are used for enforcement

Some companies like sony is one strike you are out no appeal and no they no longer have forums

And fyi Bill Gates has nothing to do with MS day to day operation after a certain incident that resulting in his removal as chair even before that he worked for mostly the gates Foundation not MICROSOFT

If you look up the history it's ironic he's the chair of gates Foundation and the incident

Also, its kind of a fraud from Microsoft as it steal my store money!! I can't buy anymore and can't transfer!! This is an illegal action!! Do I have to sue Microsoft or what? No support?

Support team has no access anything the enforcement team does. The enforcement team is literally hiding behind screens handing out unjust suspensions.
