    I Honestly thought Microsoft would Ban the Hacker the First time reported BUT now since they didn’t THE HACKER KICKED ME OFFLINE.

    Dante117samir is the Hackers GT and I know it’s not my Settings or Internet because it was fine.

    Here’s why I think he hacked me.

    Meet him in Halo 5. See him Hacking I message him I saw it and recorded it. We message back and fourth. Then he stopped, a week later HE KICKS ME OFFLIEN AND I CANT GET ON XBOX LIVE

    Microsoft I would appreciate if you could Ban his IP.

    Explain like I'm 5: What are the differences between sharing games on xbox 1 and ps4

    Microsoft created the functionality and they know people do it. There have even been reports of Microsoft's customer service helping people do it.

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    If you have reported this person they will be investigated but it does take time.

    If they are kicking you offline (ddos attack) then you need to contact your isp as that is down to them to fix.

    Ddos attacks are done via your broadband/internet,not xbox live.

    If you're running a wireless connection try a wired connection instead.

    Try power cycling your modem router setup.

    Often the E102 or E105 errors can be a hardware issue or a network issue where the modem/router isn't allowing the Xbox to update. You can download the update manually but its tricky.

    Since the Xbox is in warranty, you'll get a replacement console. It's not a ploy to buy another console.

    Sorry to hear that. You’re just unlucky. Hopefully the refurbished one works.

    Unfortunately electrical equipment fails sometimes.
