Microsoft help before I'm hacked

[MOD REMOVED] has warned me if I don't delete my account, he'll hack it. I have removed it from my Xbox, but I don't know how nor do I won't to delete my account because I have Xbox live for a year that I just got for my birthday. Please,
if Microsoft doesn't see this, please help me out and message Microsoft. Some proof I have is he has my ip, my real name (I never friended him), and age. Please, I have cried and told friends and they've supported me. Please I need help.

Change my Email adress ?

Hi,

my main Microsoft account,that I use to go on Xbox Live,has been hacked.And I can't connect me,because Microsoft block it...

Microsoft support said you can help me.

I would like to change Email adress of my Gamertag to recover it.Is it possible whereas I can't go on my hacked account ?

Because I don't want to remove my hacked account and lose my Gamertag and all of my Game data...

Please,help me !!!

PS : tell me if I'm not clear : my english is not the best of the world (I'm french).

PS2 : I actually use my parents account (I'm under 18) to post here.I will post my Gamertag and my hacked Email adress if someone can help me.

Unless you give them you log in details & security passwords then you'll be fine.

You can change your passwords just to be safe.

If this person does have your ip then you need to contact your service provider as that is down to them.

Report & block this person via your console & they will be investigated.

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

I'm not reporting anyone I was wrongfully given achievements which I did not earn and I know a hacker did it so I want to get rid of them before I'm suspected of hacking and I promise I would never hack anything, I don't even know how to hack, so can the

If the account was hacked 2 years ago, recovery may no longer be possible. You must act quickly in these cases to have a good chance of recovering the account.

Did you migrate Minecraft to a Microsoft account before getting hacked?
