Microsoft HD 3000 Web camera suddenly stopped working for Xbox One

Microsoft HD 3000 Web camera suddenly stopped working for Xbox One, we have tried the web camera on two different Xbox consoles and it wont work on either, but it will work on a laptop.

We have had the webcam since around March/April time and has been working perfectly fine until this morning when the Xbox was switched on. Haven't been able to find anything online about why this is happening, and quite puzzled. There doesn't seem to be somewhere
to go for a driver update on the Xbox (although maybe its been overlooked), and tried the other usb ports and still the same.

Any help would be very much appreciated, both husband & son are annoyed that can't stream at the moment!

I am hoping that when the 24 hour countdown on mixer has finished, the use of the webcam will be sorted, but will try the hard reset if it doesn't work!

I did receive an email in August about Mixer and them requiring us to view security video to get the streaming back up working, I sent the email to my husband, who sorts out Mixer accounts etc and was silly enough to assume he had sorted it haha!

Thanks again, and I shall be back and let everyone know that its working or not!

Temos a webcam desde o período de março / abril e trabalhamos perfeitamente bem até esta manhã, quando o Xbox foi ligado.
Não consegui encontrar nada on-line sobre o motivo disso estar acontecendo e fiquei intrigado.
Não parece haver um lugar para ir para uma atualização de driver no Xbox (embora talvez tenha sido esquecido), e tentei as outras portas USB e ainda a mesma.

Qualquer ajuda seria muito apreciada, marido e filho estão irritados que não podem transmitir no momento!

Aha!! This may be the issue! I did get the email about Mixer reviewing accounts and having to watch the safety video....Silly me, I assumed the husband would have sorted it out when I sent him the email about it....Haha! We are now on the 24 hour countdown,
so hopefully that will sort the problem out, otherwise I will do the other suggestion of a hard reset!!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this on both consoles. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
