    Microsoft has to move against Ubisoft Multiplayer Business


    Hi there,

    It's well known that Ubisoft game benefit from a large publicity and follow up from their dev team. Since two years now, Ubisoft hasn't released a game on xbox that has a minimum stability to permet player to play.

    Division has needed 6 month, Rainbow 6 begin his second year and just have servers, this list is long and while it could be a Business plan of Ubisoft, in the case of console and here Xbox Life, we actually pay for server and multiplayer quality experiences.

    In last week dev stream, the game producer say the dev team didn't know their game suffer from connectivity issues. it's a first lie because it was the most common issue report during alpha and beta.

    In this week dev stream, they announced that they know that xbox player suffer from heavy connectivity trouble since last week update and that they are investigating...

    We will ignore other platform troubleshooting but in the case of Xbox, the connectivity and stability since the official launch of the game don't represent what a standard quality on Xbox Life should be and I ask Microsoft to act in this case.

    While production timing is important for company, respect of customer experience should be at the center of microsoft policy.

    Do something.

    Assassin's Creed Revelations 1000 Club

    I just got 1000G on Revelations this morning.

    Damn those books in Cappadocia, they're so expensive.

    Personally, I'm not looking forward to the Multiplayer DLC. Assassin's Creed is a story driven franchise and releasing DLC for Multiplayer (even though it has it's own story, kinda) isn't the best move for Ubisoft.

    Any update on using vehicles on your own published maps?

    Ps3 got a patch a few days back and they were mad about voip chat and something went wrong with multiplayer. Ubisoft says the patch is being validated by Microsoft. Could be up this week. But I been busy playing MOHW. Barely keeping up with the far cry
    3 news lately. Not happy about the lobby system for multiplayer.

    microsoft has agreed to hold till october when the cma will decide, as microsoft has agreed to a new deal where Under the new offer Microsoft has agreed to transfer the rights to stream Activision games from the cloud to Ubisoft, a video games publisher, for 15 years.

    Under the revised terms, Microsoft said that Ubisoft would supply Activision's content "to all cloud gaming service providers including to Microsoft itself".

    I mean REALLY?

    The world is in the grip of a pandemic, we have families struggling to make ends meet due to people being made redundant, and you want to take Microsoft to court? Is this ambassador program really that important to you that you'll file a lawsuit against Microsoft? remember, this is Microsoft that has some of the best lawyers in the business working for them.

    How about you just accept this punishment and move on with your life, life is too short to try and fight everything, especially a fight which you are highly unlikely to win.
