Microsoft has to be throttling my upload speeds on Xbox One console

I get 430 download on all my devices wired into router including the xbox one console. I get [Mod Removed- Inappropriate] 'upload' speed only on the xbox one s and it's not my network. I even wired straight to modem same results. All
other devices get 430 DL and 43 Upload at least but the xbox one only gets 5- 13mb upload if lucky. Tried 3 consoles also one of them brand new in box. Same results. Has to be either from a update or Xbox Live is throttling my upload speeds.

Apparently many other gamers also having the issue no matter what ISP they use. ISP will put in writing they do not throttle any service including Xbox Live. They also confirm I have one of the best networking (game networks) they ever seen as it is so stable
and no issues. All Cat 6 industrial lines, expensive gaming router and modem. All channels bonding in modem and no issues at all on my end.

You can do all the resets etc Xbox support wants you to do even though you try them all. Then decide to close threads because they know it is on Microsoft end at fault.

Why? maybe to control who wins in competitions, maybe you can prove massive hacking modders in games, Because you don't buy games due to hackers destroyed games you can't play due to so much mod hacking in lobbies owning clean gamers (gamers that don't hack
cheat)?

Instead of Microsoft stepping up to the plate and admitting hacking or them throttling gamers or certain gamers they run from the issue and close threads.

So Microsoft are you going to fix the issue I and so many having now or run from the fact....again?

not sure if you have tried this but try clear your alternate mac address. network settings - advanced settings -alternate mac - clear (xbox will restart)

a lot of people say mac should have nothing to do with it, but i have found through all my years gaming and using the technique provided to me years ago it helps solve alot of network issues.

Who is your ISP if I may ask. We just learned that COX communications closed port 80 due to issues with security. Also AT&T have been having issues with a lot of different things. How can Microsoft throttle your ISP IP address, they have no access to this.
You do know that when you connect to a game, Microsoft is no longer involved?

How are you testing upload speeds on Xbox? You may need to update QoS settings in your router/modem to prioritize Xbox Live. If there's any throttling it might be from your ISP for Xbox live.

Good point. Microsoft is the broker when it comes to multiplayer. The connections are handled by the server and services of the developer/publisher. It's their services, servers, locations, etc that effect network performance when in game.

And as far as the test go at the system level, Microsoft, in that case is the endpoint, or destination.

The roads are you ISP and backbone connections used by your ISP and beyond.

And, just as a side note, I work in tech and support, because a representative of the company you're paying for a service says its not their fault doesn't mean they are free of blame.

I would recommend reaching out to a IT or networking specialist in your local are to double check over your systems and configurations to verify and provide a second opinion from someone who has access to the specifics and can provide input and further feedback.
There are many technical user groups who would likely be willing to help, varying by region, of course.

My Xbox One X downloads slower than the original day one console when they are hooked up exactly the same way.

That's a hard thing to do a real comparison against. Was it the exact same content being downloaded from the same CDN, at the same time? Number of people accessing and connecting the data can affect it, depending on the time of day and connection you could
also be affected by how many people on your circuit from you ISP.

There are just too many factors and unknowns to take that information as more than anecdotally.

If there is a huge disparity between the downloads or does it seem within about 20% variability?
