    Hi, Im trying to add some funds to my children's account. I am in the UK. I login to the en_GB site and then go to family>add money. It then takes me to the global account where it asks for US dollars. and then gives me an error (see below). I have tried support but it keeps taking me around in circles as there is no specific category for the problem i have. And support chat does not work anymore. Seriously the worst experience to buy a product or to give a company money. Can someone please help me?

    Hi thank you for your response. Unfortunately that doesnt work for me, it keeps on sending me through to a US (amounts in dollars). I have cleared caches, i have even reinstalled a browser just so I know that it didnt hold any US caches. Still nothing. Its pretty frustrating. thanks for your help

    I just tried this and it did the same for me, so there does seem to be a bug, but it just seems to be that link.

    I got around it by clicking on 'Overview' of the child, then on the left select 'Spending' and then click on the 'Add Money' box.

    Then it seems to work.

    Hi thanks for your reply.I didnt setup a US account. It was a UK account. I login as en-GB but as soon as i go to add money it takes me to the US site. My country and region (copy and pasted from my account) is as follows -

    Country or region

    United Kingdom

    Your country and region are used for privacy settings

    this is on my account.

    It sounds like you setup an us account

    You MUST Use the region migration tool under my account and manage my region

    Accounts and xbox websites are affected by the region of your account when you sign jn

    When you come to the page before you sign in its just generic
