    Microsoft has always been a lackluster company.


    I am constantly getting the same error when trying to sign in; 0x87DD0004. I've looked on the error code search program and nothing pops up. I am also trying to get a hold of Xbox support, but they either hang up on me or there's an error when trying to
    have an agent contact me.

    I have been a customer of microsoft for over 10 years and cannot believe this.

    I have a Playstation 4 and PC that I would less prefer to play, but if need be, I will play them over this incompetence. I use video games as a way to relieve my stress off the day/week, and now I am unable to do so.

    These people at Microsoft don't give a crap about their customers. As long as the checks keep coming in, these type of companies will continue to provide lackluster "service" and that's the truth.
