Microsoft Groove Music Promotion still has not been given to me.

In August of this year I purchased the groove music pass. The promotion that they were offering was if you buy one month of GrooVe music you will get 3 months of GrooVe music for free. His promotion was offered on the Xbox One dashboard where the ads up
here and it's still posted online here at this link-

So now after all of these months here is what has happened with my groove music subscription.

I was charged on August 6th for the subscription as well as being charged on September 6th for the subscription and still had never received a code for 3 months free. Nor did I receive an extension on my subscription of three months for free. I contacted
Microsoft about this issue they dismissed me and even cancelled the renewal of my subscription without asking me. I proceeded to reinstate my subscription after it was cancelled by Microsoft.

Today I looked at my subscriptions and I was going to be charged a third time tomorrow on October 6th for Groove music Still without receiving the promotion. I now I cancelled my subscription and contacted Microsoft for help.

The groove music support could not help me so they transferred me to accounts and billing whom refunded my last two charges and just issued the refund today. Regarding the promotion they could not help me so they transferred me to Xbox One support who also
was not really able to help me and directed me to post here in this forum.

All I am asking is for the promotion that I was promised.

Forza Horizon 3 No Groove Music all stations unlocked

Hi guys!

Groove Music radio is not aviable for me. I don't have Groove Music radio and Groove Music playlist in audi settings. I got replied from Microsoft but i think they don't understand that I unlocked all stations i FH3. Groove playlist shuffle option not working
also. Can i somehow use Groove Music Radio in FH3 in Poland? Leave a comment if you need more details.

 

Never received the 3 month groove music promo code. (4month trial)

I signed up for the groove music promo code Groove music promotion stating that I will received a
3 month promo code to groove music; after the initial 1 month free music pass trial. It stated I had to be a new customer and sign up wit my credit card which I did and I am. I signed up on
August 22, 2017. May you please provide me with the code as stated.

If you have to contact them again send them link above and prove to them you met the requirements but you never got your promo codes. Hopefully they will be able to sort this out and give you a few more months on the house. Hope this helps Cheers!

 

So I contacted Groove support again. They transferred me over to an Xbox agent after 20 minutes of no response. The Xbox representative stated she received this promotion and had me check my emails. The only emails I have between the two emails associated
with my account was a confirmation email welcoming me to groove music it did not have a code attached.

The Microsoft representative said that this thread will take 24 to 48 hours for a valid response from a Microsoft technician but here is her response exactly.

"I have checked it on my end and it seems that the one that answers your post is not the official staff of Xbox forums support. The response should be flagged as certified answer. Actually the response for the query on the forums usually be get after 24-48
hours upon posting the concern since the Forums team will check if your account is qualified and if so, they will be investigating the reason behind why you haven't get the code until now. I my self have been availed the Groove anniversary offer and got the
promo code after the official staff respond on the post."

This is so much nonsense for a code and promotion that I was entitled to.

 

I'm in the same boat. I'm going to make an official complaint to the UK's ASA

 

Wow, I did the same thing July 14th and Aug 14th BUT I did not get a refund. I got a code that cannot be redeemed. I keep getting the "Something went wrong, please try again soon or contact Blah, Blah, Blah. So frustration.... Apple music has a 3 month
trial right now for FREE yet I paid twice! Would, better yet, should that promo be for 6?

 

Yeah talk about annoying. I originally purchased the groove music subscription because the only 2 available apps that work with background music when the update launched was the cast at as well as Groove music. I could have paid no money and have been using
Pandora entire time. However I really like Groove music it is ad free and you can make your own playlist. I just want what is entitled to me so hopefully we will hear back soon.

 

And yeah I agree it should be an extended promotion for those of us that paid. I understand that they have refunded me for the two months that I paid but that still does not clear up the fact that they promised a promotion and did not give it to their consumers.

 

I'm still waiting on my promo email as well. I contacted support who confirmed im eligible for the 3months free. Yet no info and been charged in September and October....
