Yes. Currency from gift cards is used to purchase digital content so that would include add-ons and in-game content like V-bucks.

 

You can buy all you can exept for Xbox 360 games

 

It can’t be used to purchase Live Gold, either.

 

You can use it to buy 360 games on a 360 console.

 

If you had an original Xbox 360, you may be able to use the credits for the Xbox Store. but on Xbox One, you will be unable to for Xbox 360 games.
