If so and he reported you then your account would be just as at fault for violating the code of conduct you can NOT retaliate in any way the next time that someone sends you a message like that the ONLY thing that you can do is Report their message, block
and mute them.

It does not matter who starts the conversation if you do anything that violates the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct and your account is reported your account is subject to an enforcement action.

I have the same issues going on. I spend a boat load of money every year on the Xbox stuff and I would sure like to get my money's worth out of it some day. If the company I work for had service like this I would be out of a job. Come on Microsoft get your

why am i having issues with a console RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! i literally just bought it brand new and this isn't a first generation of it its the new call of duty xbox 1

I take back the last statement just tried fitness and I'm still having the same issues. Microsoft needs to get their stuff together, oh and I had to exchange out my extra controller because it wouldn't bind.
