    I installed Limbo and Sniper Elite 5 yesterday using XBOX Game Pass Subscription from XBOX app on my Windows 11 PC and while running Sniper Elite 5 it was running smoothly, but when I am trying to launch Limbo there is no response so I checked the error logs and there it is logged as Gaming Services UI stopped working.

    This workaround works 100% for me, but is a huge pain. Tested on multiple games and no issues so far.

    • All my games are installed on C.
    • I moved them to D, but they all encounter some kind of error running. Repair doesn't seem to fix this.
    • Uninstall each game from D, then reinstall & redownload onto D.
    • Somehow all the games work
    For the last 2 days I've done everything, including reformatting and reinstalling windows. Just redownloading didn't work either. The move, uninstall, then redownload seems to fix this.

    **** the same half-workaround works now for me.

    I just Installed Chorus on D (Which never started) and it didnt start.

    I then installed Shipbreakers on D and it didn't worked

    Moved Shipbreaker to C and it didn't work(check and repair does nothing btw)

    Reinstalled Shipbreaker on C and it worked

    MOVED Shipbreaker to D and it still worked?????????????????????????

    So the solution is to install the games on your windows drive and move them to other drives. Just never install a game on another drive

    Edit: I did the same now with Chorus on drive C(50 gig redownloading yay) and moved it to D, it worked.

    Nice job microsoft... whatever you messed up there this needs to be fixed

    did the same opened a ticket but nothing, a hotfix would be appropriate considering EA Play, Steam and Epic stuff works fine!

    Limbo has been removed from Game Pass as of June 15th.
