Discus and support Microsoft Games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have not been able to sign in to any of my Microsoft games for days now. I uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw.     I have not been able to sign in to any of my Microsoft games for days now. I uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw. Big mistake because now it won't reinstall. Help!!!

    Can you buy Digital Download games in Shops or only Disc based ones?

    Game sell them , but I was going to buy Power Golf and it was £20 for the code in Game and £15.99 from Microsoft .

    After spending three days on the phone and computer with support I was informed today that it is a server problem with the Microsoft Store. They are aware of the error and error codes and will try to fix in in the next few days.. Good luck my fellow gamer's...

    Je reviens sur ma question d'hier. Pas besoin d'éclaircissement, les jeux sont revenus...comme par miracle ! Je ne peux pas l'expliquer car le problème était le même sur mes deux ordinateurs, donc la cause était bien externe. L'essentiel est que tout refonctionne

    Did you use the same account on your new pc? As long as the account is the same you should be able to download the games again.

    I had the same issue, ended up reinstalling Jigsaw and lost months of gold and collections... Hopefully they can be reinstated and we get a solution soon.
