    Microsoft games "Your purchase couldn't be completed" login failure


    None of my Microsoft games will log in after the update done today. They all come up with the message - Your purchase couldn't be completed. These are still free games aren't they? When I click on the login panel at the top right of the screen and open Xbox
    I'm recognised, but the game still won't run. All my account details are correct.

    The problem is occurring with Taptiles, Solitaire, Sudoku, and Mahjong.

    Fix please. I enjoy these games.

    Can't instal solitaire collection

    On a new dell venue 8 pro and can't install Microsoft solitaire.

    Your purchase couldn't be completed. Something happened and your purchase can't be completed. Error Code 0x80070057.

    Tried the app troubleshooter and resetting the store and syncing the app licenses--no luck. What is happening here?

    From the app store: Your purchase couldn't be completed. Something happened and your purchase can't be completed. Error code 0x80073cf9. I'm logged into my Xbox account, and my Microsoft account. I haven't set a payment method, but this shouldn't be a
    problem for free apps... Anyone seen this before?

    Xbox Series Pre-Orders, so disappointed with MS, that was 2 hours of my time that I could be charging for.

    I also was unable to pre-order a console. The All Access application pages were NOT live at 10am, which is a total failure. If anything, those pages should have been open prior to the launch so that people could complete the application prior to purchase.
    Complete failure on the part of Microsoft.

    I couldn't tell you exactly what problem you are having, so I told you to check your transaction history to see if the purchase appears as completed or perhaps there was an error. If it appears completed, you must tell me, so I can show you some solution steps. I would also like to know if this was purchased directly from the game or in the Microsoft store.
