Microsoft Games, Xbox live corruption on pc.

I have 2 accounts, one is an account that is un-needed and the other is where I bought Minecraft and redeemed the code for it on that account. When I try starting the Minecraft Installer it hits me with "Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001" I have followed all steps described in every comment from any moderators but the problem is that it won't let me log into the other account on Microsoft Store, It just hits me with "Store is not available in your country or region" with the error Code: 0x87e10002.

The problem with this is that it is in fact available in my country, my device is set in one of the supported countries so I don't see why that's the case. When I try switching accounts to the one that hold the game, it only presents me with the option to log back into the same account I tried logging out of. When I try to manually log out and "add" my other account by logging in, it hits me with the store not supported in your country error code.

May I exactly know from which country are you physically located?

i did it said some corrupted data fixed. restarted pc but it is still same error in game.

Also i tried to reset my microsoft store

Your right, Sony didn't charge for PSN, but they do now.

As I said, Microsoft are not charging for Xbox Live on PC because they want people to actually use it.

When "Games for Windows" launched a few years ago (see link describing how terrible Microsoft handled GFWL), they did charge to use the features
(had similar features to Xbox Live now) but PC users are so used to getting things for free, they simply didn't use it.

The exact same thing would happen now, if Microsoft charged PC users for Xbox Live on PC, the PC gamers would simply not use it.

If you are talking about installing Xbox console games to the PC, then that is not possible, but they are Xbox Live enabled PC games on the Microsoft Store on Windows 10. These are basically the same games that you would get on the Xbox Console, but are
made specifically for PC.

When I test Xbox Live Connection I get an error saying that I have an Internet Error and my wifi can't connect to the internet but my wifi is connecting to my pc internet, but when I just sign back in I automatically connect to Xbox Live. When I play games
that do not require Xbox Live my Xbox Live never disconnects, this only happens when I play online games that require Xbox Live. I had one corrupt file but it was in games and apps, it was an incomplete download.
