    Microsoft games on laptop


    Have a few games... solitaire collection, jigsaw puzzle, magong, minesweeper...

    jig saw functions... have several puzzles to play but will only let me play 5 out 20+ that are supposedly unlocked... plus can no longer download any more 'downloadable collections' have 5 puzzles waiting to b downloaded but will not...

    the download stalls and spins wheels but the data stream that is downloading is not coming from MS... I scanned and removed over 50MB of ads from MS sites... whats going on?... am I to be a repository of junk mail?... tried again data download stopped at
    34k then heels spin but the indicator says it is downloading somethng...

    MS solitaire collection: downloaded and worked for one game... deleted and down loaded again and again and again... it only downloads 714k of teh program an dit says and claims and insists its ALL downloaded and functional... but it does install nor boot
    up...

    teh other games are installed and not functioning... last download for MS solitaire was a download of 40+mb of ads and junk... I suspect a ghost site is mocking MS and turning it into and advertisement trap...

    brand new laptop all is well and good on it there should not be any issues... this is very vexing, upsetting AND help support has not been any sort of support... will this finally be attended to and solutions offered?...

    Is changing the Microsoft Account to another one possible if the second account has a gamertag associated with it already?Mi

    Pretty much what the title says. I bought a new laptop with Windows 8 installed, and when I clicked on the Games app it automatically created a new Gamertag for the Microsoft account in use. There is no sign out option available so I cannot use my actual
    Gamertag with my laptop. I tried to change the Microsoft account associated with my Gamertag to the one that I used for my new laptop, but since the Games app created a Gamertag for the Microsoft account used with my laptop it will not let me change it. This
    is hugely frustrating because I cannot access my real gamertag without signing out of my laptop entirely and switching Microsoft accounts. Is there any way to "delete" the gamertag associated with the laptop Microsoft account so that I can put my real Gamertag
    on to it?

    game DVR on laptop

    so my laptop use to be able to record hours of my gameplay and now it wont record more then 19 seconds even tho i still have tons of memory left on my SSD.

    You can login to her laptop through the microsoft store with your own account, this will allow you to download the game on her laptop.

    Hi thank you for your help, I would like to say that as I was following your instructions I found that on the Microsoft store on the laptop it said that the games that I have purchased are "not playable on this device" (the laptop) I think it's because the
    laptop model that I have is too old and so won't run the games properly. Lol this laptop can only run Brawlhalla and Among Us without issues, it can't handle 3D games.

    Microsoft order does not appear in library or available to download

    Hi Josef, thanks for replying.

    The order was made in the Microsoft Store from my son's laptop (Windows 11 PC) and Microsoft account. Because he is a minor, the purchase required me to sign in from my account and complete the order. I did so, and the order appears in my order history. However, it does not show up as an app on my son's laptop, and within the Microsoft Store on my son's laptop, if we search for the game it shows that we own it, but the game does not appear under the Games icon nor can we find any place to download or open the game.
