Microsoft games not working

Same issue as many others have described. For the last two days I have not been able to play Bingo, Jigsaw, Solitaire Collection, etc on my HP laptop which has Windows 8.1. I also have not been able to reinstall from the store. Strangely enough all are
still working fine on my Surface Pro with Windows 10. Bizarre.

No connection with Sudoku

Hello there,

Cannot get into the daily challenges from Sudoku while it isn't connecting in Xbox Games ??

Why is Microsoft Sudoku not working for connecting with Xbox Games ??

While others are working like Microsoft Jackpot Microsoft Mahjong Microsoft Jigsaw and the Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Internet is working very fine but it keeps saying lost connection with internet ????? Very strange while the rest is working very fine.

So pls try to repear this asap

Do Live people work for MIcrosoft?

After all the unhappy posts about Microsoft games not working and no one responding, there must be only computers working at Microsoft and not very good computer at that. Some very poor programs.

All of my microsoft games are not opening. When I tried to get into my bingo game it said to uninstall it and reinstall. Now I keep getting an error code when I try to install. I will not install. When I tried my other microsoft games those too will
not open.

Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart when your internet devices for a few minutes, and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path
Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If that doesn't work reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.
In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>
Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

Thank you for updating us. As far as signing out and signing back in, I was referring to signing out of whatever app you are using to launch the game as I wasn't sure if you were using the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store app.

I suggest launching the Microsoft Solitaire Collection and select the "Menu" button at the top left of the screen.
Once the "Menu" panel opens up on the left, scroll down to both the "Premium Details" and "Restore Purchases" options. Click the "Restore Purchases" button first to see if that helps. If not, click the "Premium Details" button and let us know what it says.

The first step asks you to sign in to verify that your "subscription" is still active, and I noticed that you did not refer to a subscription at all. Can you verify that you've purchased a premium subscription to Microsoft Solitaire Collection or the specific game you are referring to?

Are you playing this game through the Microsoft Store app or the Xbox app? Have you tried updating whichever app you are using? Can you verify that the game is up to date?

Also, have you tried signing out and signing back in to either app before launching the game?
