    Microsoft Games Issue


    Solitaire Collection wont even start: error: problem loading game data 101_107

    Ultimate Word Games, can't do daily challenges, error: problem loading daily challenge data

    Minesweeper, same as word games but gives error code 002000

    Tried restarting my computer, everything is up to date, tried live support, go no where. Any ideas?

    Xbox quitting game and returning to home screen randomly

    I have called Microsoft Support. This issue started for me yesterday with NBA2k14 only. I reinstalled the game and the same issue occurred. The Microsoft Support Rep. had told me that the issue is with 2k servers and that their was possibly a patch or update on the website. I did not find one. You may need to check the game manufacterers for updates. uninstalling and reinstalling should prompt the update but if they are having server issues then we may need to wait until their server issues are fixed to attempt the update again. If its an issue with your xbox then you may want to put in a service ticket.

    Issue with Microsoft Games

    I am having the same problem. I can't log into the Solitaire Collection game as it tells me that I don't have an internet connection, which I do. It tells me that I'm not not logged in to my XBOX account and I can't log in to it. When I try clicking Solitaire
    Collection, it takes me back to my desktop screen. :S I have had this problem since yesterday (November 4) and today it's still the same.

    I am also on Windows 8.1.

    Issue with Microsoft Games

    Anyone? Got a resolution for this? Still unable to make any of the games prevent itself from terminating. Pretty much unless I am able to log into the Xbox service it is worthless to be able to play Solitaire or Minesweeper. Making the Xbox service on
    a Windows 8 machine absolutely useless. Hey for any of the Devs out there, get on the ball in fixing this, you know it is part of your job. Unless you just collect a paycheck for just showing up at work and doing nothing. This is absolutely frustrating.

    1170000 - Xbox Live couldn't sign you in. Usually this means that there's a current Xbox Live outage, or a Windows Update that didn't install. First check the following website to see if there's a known Xbox Live outage:

    If there's no known outage, try the following:

    1. Check to make sure you're connected to the internet.
    2. Check to see if Xbox Live services are down. This handy website shows the status:
      http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status
    3. If they are all up, go to
      http://www.xbox.com       and sign in with the same account you sign in to on your computer/tablet.
    4. If everything is okay there, try restarting your computer/tablet with the "restart" option on the power/shutdown menu. Just clicking the off button or turning off your computer/tablet won't work. It needs to be restarted.
    5. If you still can't connect, try running the Windows Update Troubleshooter. We have detailed instructions here if you scroll down, but you can get it here:

    6. Check For Updates & install any mandatory, recommended, or optional updates you might have missed. We have detailed instructions further down this note.
    7. Restart your computer - all those updates need to finish & you need to restart to make sure they all went through.

    Why do you guys feel the need to come here crying because you got busted and suspended? Play your games without cheating and don't mod anything and you won't be in this situation to begin with. Add this keyword "I was dumb and cheated".
