    Hi I recently had my laptop wiped to fix a problem and had to have a new hard drive also but since then I cannot download games like Microsoft word games, mahjong even a 3D chess game from the Microsoft store it says games not compatible with device and these are games I used to have before the new hard drive. I have installed all the latest windows 10 updates. How do I fix this problem?

    Games on the Microsoft Store (Xbox app) are installed to the PC, but they will only be available to the account they were installed on. To get it to be available on the other account, you need to "install" the game to the same location as the game was installed previously. This will "install" the game, but won't download anything, making the same installation available for both accounts, with different progress for each.
