Microsoft gamertag change not working...?

Microsoft is working on changing the way our Gamertags work. We will be able to have the same Gamertags as others soon, just keep an eye out for updates to the Gamertag system. Here is an article by Gamespot explaing the changes Microsoft is working on for

I'd like to change my gamertag too, but I can't because I don't own Xbox.

Gfwl gamertag changing is not working because there are still Microsoft Points and it's not updated.

Please follow the link below and it will guide you through how to change your gamertag. If your gamertag was assigned for you by Microsoft when setting up your account you should be able to change it one free of charge.

Try to report him and if it dont work out message microsoft or change your gamertag.

Be aware that Microsoft is currently changing the way Gamertag renaming works.

So on different devices and apps you might still see your old Gamertag, on some devices the new Gamertag etc.

Since you changed your Gamertag to the Crowley-tag, you used up your free Gamertag change.

That some games and apps still show your old random gamertag is "normal" while Microsoft is in the process of transitioning games and apps to the new Gamertag system.

If you want to rename it to "Badgermchee", you'll have to pay the standard renaming fee, since you already used your free Gamertag change for your Crowley tag.
