Microsoft free games Sudoku, Jigsaw etc will not load

A couple work well but I believe the reason being since last update and has occurred at times in the past as well is due to the advertising not loading and causing it to spool or be in a continual loop which will not allow the game to open because the advertising
will not load. Has nothing to do with personal PC or date settings. Very annoying as this is my wake up to the day and get the brain working while I have coffee. Majong, Solitaire and Wordament all work right now.

This is a continuing issue and it appears everytime Microsoft get a bunch of new techies this happens as they mess with a good program - get it fixed as it was and leave it alone! These go through xbox but xbox is not needed. I even went through xbox and
tried to play and same thing - sits and won't open even with Control & R buttons to try and reboot it.

Have not tried to reinstall will do.

two things occur when I cluck to open the game.....states microsoft with game name but just sits there does nothing. Then I try control and R it reboots and I get a spinning circle but never loads and it goes to a black screen like it is going to do the
ad but never does. A definite glitch

Hi Rosie,

Have you tried to re-install the games that are not working? This can help since you mention that this started happening after a recent update.

To fully understand what is happening, does the game end up crashing back to your dashboard, or is there something wrong with the ads causing the game to not fully load which you then need to quit the game?

Do you get any specific error messages on screen?

I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!
