    Microsoft Fraud


    I am getting fraudulent charges on my credit card by X-Box, I keep refuting the charges with my credit card company, but they say I have to contact Microsoft to stop the charges, but when I try to contact Microsoft I get their Customer Avoidance Software which takes me forever to get through and finally speak with a person. When I do get a person, they are unable to help me with anything because they are not in the office, and "do not have access" to all records. I tried speaking with several people, and none of them was able to help me at all. This is OFFICIAL warning to the fraudsters at Microsoft. My name is Guy McPherson of St. Louis, Missouri. Your charges are fraudulent, they will NOT be paid, I will refute them all. You cannot 6 months from now say you never heard about this, I would email you or call you, but you are adamant that you DO NOT have nor do you care about customer service. I tried to help you by stopping further charges, but you do not care. So sad to see a great American company turn into a piece of dog doo.

    I will be locking this thread also. Remember the
    forum guidelines
    when posting on the forums. One rule is not to create duplicate posts on the same topic. You can request a call from support, as no one on the forums have the tools for this.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    I'm not sure where you've gone to try to get support, but you can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

    If points were charged to your account and you didn't authorize it you can contact your credit card company and also contact Microsoft billing by phone. This issue is something that cannot be handled on the support boards.
