Microsoft Force Feedback 2

Very helpful, thanks. I should have checked my settings properly. But the french confused me.

The important parts are the following (you only need to set the axe settings to fly):

Flight control surfaces > Primary control surfaces

- Ailerons Axis: Joystick L-Axis X (Querruderachse)

- Elevator Axis: Joystick L-Axis Y (Höhenruderachse)

- Rudder Axis: Joystick L-Axis Z (Seitenruderachse)

Power Managent > Throttle (Energieverwaltung > Gashebel)

- Throttle Axis: Joystick thrust control X (Gashebelachse)

Also set the buttons of the Joystick where you prefer it.

Thank you! I actually discovered this through MS Flight Sim's own forums just shortly after you replied, so this was good overlap. A bit obnoxious and tedious, but I did did get the FF2 joystick to to work!

Yes, I have the Logitech G940 and I do expect to see force feedback in the game ASAP. For simulators, it is a must.

But I saw a post from Brunner yokes and they were mentioning force feedback. So there might be a workaround. The whole interface is a maze. No one really knows how to set up everything.

Glad to hear that you got your FF2 joystick to work.

Can you share configuration settings (i.e., screenshots)? Plug N Play not working, need to enter manually.

Same issue here for me. Microsoft force feedback 2 joystick not working with flight simulator 2020. dont care about the force feedback part of it, but I cant get it to work at all
