Microsoft fooled me?

About a month ago I think, my microphone just randomly stopped working, I could hear people but I couldn't be heard (No it wasn't on mute). I chatted with a Microsoft employee, we tried several thing but nothing helped, the microphone was definitivly broken
and I had to change it. The Microsoft employee said she had a good new! My Xbox One was still on the warranty, she could send me a new microphone for free. I was happy to hear that! She asked for my billing/shipping information, everything was perfect. She
said everything was okay, she sent the shipping information on my e-mail. She was so great! I gave her a very good note after the chat was over. I waited, waited, and waited, started to think I would never receive the microphone -_-, I decided to search for
the shipping information e-mail, I did a mega clean-up of my e-mail, checking them 1 by 1. NOTHING. And now my Xbox One is not on the warranty anymore (I think, its been more then a year that I bought it). What the hell can I do now? Is there somewhere I can
look up at the conversation I had with the person for a proof of what happened? Can Microsoft look over that conversation if I can't? I am bored to wait for a microphone that I will never receive and I don't want to waste money on a new microphone that will
break in less then a year for no freaking reason.

You would need to contact support again & explain the situation,they should have a log of when you set up the repair/replacement in the first place.
