Microsoft Flight simulator unable to log in

I got a warning saying that there was something wrong with my Microsoft account, I changed my phone number for my account to my new phone number, and for some reason Microsoft flagged that as an someone else trying to access my account and then locked my account.

I cannot recover it through a code since I no longer have the old phone number I used for the account, and every time I submit a form trying to recover my account they say they cannot recover it, after a number of tries they recommended I start a new Microsoft account so I did. I used it to make another Xbox account and Microsoft account.

Although now every time I try to long into Microsoft flight simulator it gives me this

Every time I press next it just shows text "old phone number" for code to recover and I don't have it anymore.

And every time I try to use a different account

it says this

Is there anything I can do to long into Microsoft Flight Simulator?

Hi there Ezekiel welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Something you can try is recovering the account like this:

When trying to login select “forgot password.”

Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you a link to fill out some questions and information so Microsoft can verify that is your account, then you need to wait for Microsoft to contact you for more assistance and the recover your account, this way with the direct contact you can ask the recovering team to reset the phone number!

After signing up for the Xbox insider program i was able to log into Microsoft flight simulator website, thanks for helping.

Flight Simulator X isn't. That is an old game. However Microsoft Flight Simulator is.
