Microsoft flight simulator multiplayer settings.

I have been trying to update my settings for my Microsoft account and Xbox account for around 2 days maybe more and I'm getting nowhere. here is an image of what it is showing:

I have searched the forums and all pages for online and privacy settings, i have followed all of the instructions but they just redirect me back to the same page: Family & online safety
here is another image of the multiplayer settings:

I have tried clicking on the multiplayer settings button but it doesn't work and wont take me anywhere. i have tried everything you can think of even turning off my windows firewall. i don't know what to do about it anymore so if you know anything that could possibly help that would be great. (sorry for the bad punctuation)

Are you within a family group or is your account a minor?

If you are not within a family group, please change your account birthdate to 21+, save and try accessing your privacy settings again.

Flight Simulator X isn't. That is an old game. However Microsoft Flight Simulator is.

Here's how I fixed it:

Open your start menu

Right click on Microsoft Flight Simulator

Choose More>App Settings

Scroll down to the "Reset" section

Click both the "Repair" button, and also the "Reset" button.

Re-launch Microsoft Flight Simulator
