    first of all i am downloading game then opening the game after opening the game asks me Safe mode or normal mode i press one of them then directly stucks white screen and crash pls help

    I understand. What region/country is your account and your friend account on?

    Is the game installed on English?

    I'm sorry, you don't live in a supported region

    The system has ways of detecting that

    So I would say that is likely the root of your problem. You need to be able to sign into Xbox services, and if you own the game through GamePass, you need to be in a supported region for it to work.

    Sorry, I did not saw in the video the first time I watched that when you clicked on Sign in it just kept closing the window.

    Are you able to sign in to the Microsoft Store? If so, please download the Xbox Companion App. Sign in to it and then open the Xbox App. See if you are signed in to it too.

    If you are signed in, try to launch Microsoft Flight Simulator. If you still get this sign in issue, please let me know.

    Also, are you on the Xbox Insider Program? If so, for how long?
