Fill in your information about your player profile in the form and keep your fingers crossed, the selection of the entry into the Tech Alpha program is done according to your profile.

About Xbox Insider , as other told you, just download the app on your Xbox and on your pc ( Windows store ) .

The only mention is its coming in 2020. No specific release date has been announced as of yet.
