When I open Microsoft Flight Simulator, (the latest one,) it reaches the point where is asks me to switch to safe mode, (which I have tried many times,) and once I click either button it begins loading and then proceeds to crash with no error screen. I have tried the following:

Restarting my PC

Reinstalling / Repairing

Updating the Graphics driver

Reinstalling C++ 2015 RC 3

I downloaded the game off the Xbox app with Game Pass and I am using a RTX 4070 with a 13th Gen i7.

I've seen great things about the game so if someone could please help me that would be very much appreciated!
