Microsoft Flight Simulator crash after boot

Guys i really need help

every time i start flight simulator it goes past the checking for updates screen and then crashes 5 seconds later

i have tried EVERYTHING.

updating drivers, starting in fast mode, reinstalling the game 3 times, i even REINSTALLED WINDOWS

but to no avail

here are my specs:

i7 11730h

rtx 3070 laptop gpu

512gb ssd

16gb ram ddr4 3200

also a stable wifi connection

if anyone could help I'd be so grateful

thank you so much

i worked out a temporary fix;

if i disable the internet connection at the 'checking for updates' screen, the game works fine with no internet. but if i reconnected again, it just crashes

I see, the problem with clips crashing only happens with microsoft flight simulator?

Force stop the game and then reopen it to see if the crashes still occur.
Reset or repair the app through Windows Settings.
Ensure that the game is fully updated before loading it again after a crash.
