    Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Premium Deluxe Fails with Saitek x52 Following Japan Update?


    Dear Microsoft:

    I am having a real serious problem here. I purchased Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 back in September and it installed successfully without any issues working with my Saitek x52 Pro HOTAS. Unfortunately, following the Japan Update - the controller is
    no longer recognized by the game, but other games that use the x52 on this same PC (Windows 10, i7 with Nvidia RTX 2070 graphics) work perfectly. Logitech diagnostics return no issues and I've tried the various workarounds posted on other threads concerning
    this anomaly. When can we:

    1. get a consistent workaround that works in 90%+ of end-user cases?
    2. expect a fix to once again fully support the Logitech/Saitek x52 HOTAS?

    Any other help in addition to the above 2 questions would be greatly appreciated. I've been monitoring forums and trying fixes for a month now. I'm neither new to gaming or using Windows 10 software/hardware in general.
