Microsoft flight Simulator 2020 closes after loading

Hello, a year ago I was playing the game very well, now I have reinstalled it and it closes in the middle of the loading window. I have reinstalled the operating system twice from scratch and reinstalled the game five times, I have tried several solutions and I have not been able to resolve the error

You will be happy to know that a standard Xbox controller is enough to play Flight Simulator 2020 and any other game on Xbox consoles.
