Microsoft flight sim 2020 NAV mode issues

For literally all planes that I use that have NAV, I cannot seem to get it to work properly at all. Basically, I set a flight plan on the FMC to go to another airport and after I take off, I turn on NAV mode. Before the taxi, I turned on flight director,
autothrottle, LNAV, altitude setting, vertical speed setting, and all that and then when I engage the autopilot, either as soon as I turn it on or about a minute after, it goes crazy. The plane is perfectly on the flight plan, and out of nowhere, the plane
just starts to bank right. I did not touch any buttons or change any setting and then it just banks until it's sideways and starts plummeting towards the ground. Can I have help please because I really want to do a nice IFR flight which I was never able to
do because of this issue? Thanks. (I have Steam Edition and I use an Xbox One controller to control my plane and my mouse to press buttons in the cockpit and other things)

I am having the same issues set everything correctly , on auto pilot navigation on , FD, AP, ATHR , ILS Freq correct for the runway,

when I arrive the aircraft does not respond to the set up totally out of wack

Update: I found out the issue. Apparently, when I move my left thumb back on the controller, I tend to accidentally hit the left stick to the right, which apparently is too fast for the flight sim to register, so it just makes ailerons stuck right. To fix
this issue, I have to be more careful when moving my left thumb and I should be fine. Also Microsoft, if you read this, this flight sim is full of bugs and you should do tons of fixes on them.

There is OBVIOUSLY autopilot issues! I’ve seen them on live streams, and I’ve personally experienced them. And they are sporadic. Flew one flight where they worked perfectly. Flew the SAME flight later, and no matter what I did, NAV mode wouldn’t follow
the course. Every time I engaged NAV mode, it wanted to go in a northern direction. Same flight, same flight plan, different results.

The people saying there are no issues are (something I’ll get banned for if I say...)

Microsoft 365 is the subscription service for productivity, items like Skype, OneDrive and Office

No version of Flight Sim or any games appear on it

The only version of Flight Sim on GamePass is 2020, which is unlikely to change

Same issue for me can not use the keyboard on flight sim 2020 not happy 😒
