    Okay, this is absolutely unacceptable. First, one of my consoles couldn't update at all, it was stuck in a cycle that caused it to quit after 10 percent, after factory resetting the device, it still does this. I tried updating it through the OSUDT files,
    and none of them work. I worked on that console for 15 HOURS!!! I was eventually told by Microsoft that my console needed to be sent in for repairs, as it was most likely a hardware failure. I believed this, and packed the console up, went to the website and
    I figured a repair like this would be free, but NO. It will cost me $115 to get this done. Unacceptable, but whatever. So today, I went to go turn on my living room console, and it had an update. Okay, so I try and update it and THE SAME THING HAPPENED ON
    A DIFFERENT CONSOLE OF MINE!!! I also, have no access to the preview program forums, and I guarantee that the reasons both my consoles are doing this, is because of that program. Your customer support needs fixing, bad. I want opted out of the Preview Program,
    I want BOTH my consoles working, and I expect to pay absolutely nothing for this. I have been a Xbox supporter for YEARS now, and this is the worst treatment I have ever seen from such a powerful company. I want this issue resolved for free, or I will demand
    my consoles be returned and a full refund along with them. *** Microsoft, fix this NOW! I"m tired of being polite to a company that I spend hard earned cash on. By the way, this issue stared on the 23rd of April.

    Hi

    Unfortunately Xbox 360 game purchases can't be completed on an Xbox One console or at Xbox.com without having a payment method such as a debit/credit card registered to your account. One you have done this it should allow you to complete the Xbox 360 games
    with gold purchase without charge.

    If you try to complete this purchase on an Xbox 360 console you will not need to register another payment method.

    Please note not all Xbox Live Gold subscriptions (typically trial subscriptions) include Xbox 360 games with gold games.

    whenever i try to buy a backwards compatible game, it just says it can't be bought on xbox.com. even if its the free one that xbox live gives you each month i can't buy it on the xbox one. i have no idea what to do i've tried everything and all my account
    settings are disabled. i'm not gonna try to reset my xbox gold cause that's 60$ down the drain. i don't have an xbox 360 and i'm tired of this and i just want to buy the game as i please and play it whenever i want. MICROSOFT I NEED YOU TO FIX THIS RIGHT NOW
    BECAUSE I AM NOT GETTING MY FULL GOLDS MEMBERSHIP CLUBS WORTH AND THIS COULD BE A DEAL BREAKER BETWEEN YOU AND SONY

    I'm also looking to Microsoft for a response on this LiveTV issue. I'm currently not using this feature because the cable box doesn't sync the HD signal properly to the xbox but works fine against my 1080p LG TV. MS at least publish that you tested with
    Time Warner Cable and what receivers you used so that I can request the compatible hardware.

    I don't even mind that it's not a true HDMI pass through, I like having it always on when I'm in the living room. I'm 99% positive this particular error is happening because my Fios cable box puts out a video signal even when off and eventually after the
    10,000 mins of live TV, the xbox finally locks it up or something. Either way, whether it is true pass through or not, these features is really what will sell this machine over the PS4 (at $100 more), whether gamers hate it or not, the TV features need first
    priority updates.

    Agreed. It's all because the device is not a true HDMI pass through. The signal coming out is not what a lot of TV's and AVR's recognize. When it is, it's not as high quality of output. I'm also sick of talking to it and having it pick up the wrong words
    or pickup other people's words by accident. I don't know a single person who uses Siri on their iPhone, so why did this need to be implemented? Look at our gamertag's and you'll see we've been loyal customers for a long time. We're not happy MS. You took
    away our local streaming abilities and gave us flawed features and hardware. If you don't listen to our voices, you'll certainly hear our wallets.
