I have bought minecraft bedrock for my son who is part of the my microsoft family. It show's up when I login to the pc, but not when he does. What needs to happen so he can play it when he is logged in?

So, in order for you to add your son's account to your family account, he should have his own account, since his account is pretty much the same as yours, you're not unable to add it. :/

You can do it the way I said too. It also has nothing to do with Microsoft Family. All Microsoft Family does is give permission for your family to play the game. It has nothing to do with sharing. As long as you have the option to play the game offline
ticked in the Microsoft Store, then anyone should be able to play the game on your PC.
