    Microsoft Family Safety - Xbox One SmartGlass


    Hello,

    I just got an email from my daughter's account saying that she downloaded Xbox One Smartglass.

    The only issue is that she cannot download anything as her account is fully locked down. I received the same email for my son's account ( locked down as well).

    Does this mean that their accounts were hacked and what dammage can be done to my console by the person who downloaded the app?

    Nothing shows up in the download history.

    Hello there!

    In order to fix your issue, you will need to first check your date of birth on your Microsoft account. If it shows that you are under 18, you will need to add yourself to a Microsoft family as a child with a parent account that can manage your restrictions.
