Discus and support Microsoft family app not working in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Is the xbox family managrement app down?     There's a service outage right now that's affecting a lot of things. That's most likely the cause. http://xbox.com/status

    Xbox 360 kids activity in Microsoft Family not showing

    Hiya, I'm not using the app i'm using PC to login to Microsoft family. This is the settings page and it specifically lists Xbox 360 seperately from Xbox One/Windows 10 ?!? Shown in photo below.

    Additionally if I login directly to the xbox app itself (not family app) I can see what they have been last playing on the xbox and when so there clearly is some link to view their data on the 360 console.

    I understand xbox family app/microsoft app don't work with xbox 360 but the microsoft web site definately shows 360 settings.

    Thanks for the screenshot. I do see that it works online and in the Microsoft Family app, so I can use that as a workaround. I mostly use the Xbox Family app and it doesn't work there for me. You said it works for you, so I'm wondering what OS your using. I'm on Android. Are you on Android or iOS?
