Microsoft Failed to honor sale- SCAM

Microsoft did not want to honor their 75% off sale. They apparently had technical difficulties when I tried to make a purchase within the time frame of the sale. Now that the service is working properly the sale is over and they won't allow me to purchase
a game at the discounted rate. Spoke to a rep and it was the worst customer service I have ever received. They kept trying to blame me. Don't have sales if you can't/won't honor the deal.
