Microsoft Event games

I started playing the events when they came out. Ever since I just couldn't stop playing them until I finish them. It is really getting to be a chore for me to do these.. Maybe it would be nice if you can stop these for a month or two

Microsoft Solitaire Games EVENTS

This is my biggest complaint with the games. Today I played part of the games, but had to leave for a dentist appointment. When I left, the leaderboard said I was at 36.12 minutes. When I returned, I was at 1 hr, 17 and 22 seconds. Then I ended up have
two games that I played a second time, it didn't appear to register the first time - yet I was charged more time than I actually took. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Events

Meine Frau und ich spielen regelmäßig mit entsprechender Anmeldung die Events von MS Solitaire Colletion jeder auf seinem Surface3.

Wir stellen immer wieder (nicht immer aber zunehmend häufiger) fest, dass selbst wenn wir uns abgemeldet haben, die verbrauchte Zeit, die ja in die Gesamtwertung einfließt, weiter läuft.

Was machen wir falsch???

So far no qualified answer, but request to withdraw from the MS Community, reasoning the question does not belong there.

I agree with you I am going to school trying to get a degree and I do not have time to do these challenges anymore. I just thing that it is the same things over and over. It gets quite boring after a while. I wish that they would get rid of it all together.
I do not mind playing the daily challenges but the event challenges are too much. one every other day. it takes up too much of my time. especially all the home work that I am given in college. I just do not have time to play anymore. So if they could just
stop doing the event challenges it would be great.

I totally agree. I have about 30 minutes in the morning and then I have to work. Not all of us can stay at play for an hour or two everyday.

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

You're talking about Solitaire & Casual Games, right? You look like you're always loaded while playing.

You can search for this game directly in the taskbar and then select "App Settings", where you can try the "repair" and "reset" options.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling it completely and then going back to the Microsoft Store to download it again.

Trying to make some changes to your DNS to try to stabilize the connection between your computer and Microsoft servers may alleviate this problem:

Win + Q to open the search box, enter 'ncpa.cpl', press Enter to open the "Network Connections" window, select your network adapter, right-click"Properties", double-click "Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IP)", then Set as shown below.

If it is convenient, you can also try to change the network environment of the device.

But if you find that after doing all this, you still can't play the card game properly, you may want to contact the game's support staff. I encourage you to visit the game's support website and submit your questions:
