    C'est avec beaucoup d'impatience mêlée de colère que je poste un ultime message ici, sur l'un des très nombreux supports de cette compagnie. Pour chacun des moyens que j'ai employé, il m'a fallut des heures de recherches, d'essais sur les différents liens
    de support, des appels au téléphone infructueux, avant de pouvoir enfin trouver une méthode que je pouvais utiliser correctement pour y faire ma demande, avant de pouvoir trouver quelqu'un tout simplement qui pouvait m'aider. C'est normal ? Peut-être suis-je
    simplement trop sot, et que tout est parfaitement lisible après tout... Mais non. C'est juste mal foutu. Tout est fait pour perdre le client, et qu'il finisse par abandonner pour racheter un jeu, une console, que sais-je encore. En tous cas, ces mois me
    débattre m'en ont intimement convaincus.

    Mon problème était un piratage de compte Xbox. Je vous passe les détails, mais j'ai réussi trouver une assistance sur le support xbox (après plusieurs semaines, voire mois) par messagerie instantanée (notez bien quand vous avez un problème, le cheminement
    que vous faites entre les liens sur lesquels vous cliquez, c'est un véritable labyrinthe, et pour preuve, je n'arrive plus trouver ce service... c'est un délire). La nana me dit tranquille, c'est pas bien grave, on te retrouve ton compte d'ici 48/72h, mais
    crée une adresse mail outlook pour qu'on communique mieux quand ce sera réglé. Je stipule bien que je souhaite avant tout récupérer mon compte en ligne pour pouvoir rejouer aux jeux que j'avais acheté en ligne, sinon aucun intérêt. Pas de soucis monsieur,
    je vous dis : tout va bien se passer. Je crée l'adresse, donne toutes les informations nécessaires la récupération, ciao bonsoir.

    J'attends. Trois jours plus ****, on me redonne effectivement mon compte. Je saute de joie. Je relance ma Xbox, me connecte cette-fois avec ma nouvelle adresse outlook, et mon ancien gamertag apparaît. Chouette, je vais rejouer Naruto, tiens. Eh bien non.
    Plus de Naruto. Plus rien en fait. Les jeux ne sont pas accessibles. Et c'est avec une pointe de lassitude que je me résigne, jusqu' aujourd'hui, jusqu' ce message.

    C'est une véritable blague, en fait. On a bien récupéré quelques informations de l'ancien compte, mais l'arrivée, je n'ai plus les points que j'avais accumulé en ligne, mes jeux ne sont plus accessibles (il faudrait limite les racheter), tout ce qu'on
    m'a fait faire, c'est créer une adresse mail chez microsoft. Et pas moyen de demander une précision un agent en ligne, car peut-être que tout cela est parfaitement normal, qu'en fait il y a des opérations en cours sur le compte pour récupérer d'autres trucs...
    Mais aucune info ce niveau-l , et tous ces agents sont mon avis bien peu nombreux et bien peu mobilisé pour daigner répondre. En fait, il n'y a aucun moyen qu'on m'aide véritablement, qu'on entende ma demande, alors que je suis un client plus que fidèle,
    et ce depuis moult années, et que je pense avoir droit, comme chacun, une assistance de ce nom en cas de problème.

    Voici donc la raison de ce message. Je demande, qui verra ce message, de m'aider, que vous soyez client et que vous ayez eu un problème similaire, ou que vous soyez modérateur. Bougez-vous, les gars de chez Microsoft. Sérieusement, tout ce que je veux,
    c'est rejouer mes jeux, ceux que j'ai acheté sur votre service en ligne, et qu'on m'a volé. C'est un délire, franchement. Et si toutefois ce message me laisse sans solution qui me convienne, je le dis honnêtement, je jette cette console, et passe complètement
    chez PS4. Et je trouverais bien un moyen de me plaindre, je boycotterais cette entreprise autour de moi, et plus jamais je n’achèterais chez eux. J'ai bien assez donné.

    I think you're right : they did a mistake in their process. I think it's a real joke, but ok.

    Hello Jimmy,

    As with any hacked account if the security information has been changed like email/password, it is normal for them to have you create another email so they can link the account. As they have did this something went wrong within the process it happens. All
    you will need to do is request a call back with support explain that you do not have access to your games and they will look into it. Most times it will get pushed up due to recovery team didn't do something correctly. Best way to get a call back:

    When you go to
    Contact Us
    to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
