How is it in any way acceptable for my account to be slowly being drained of funds? I had $39 in my account as of about 2 months ago, now it is down to $13. I purchased nothing. Thank you for stealing my money Microsoft. Just because you made the terrible
business decision to use a confusing points system (no doubt to cause confusion into how the consumer is actually spending) and have now finally come to your senses, does not mean you can slowly pick away at my converted funds. The points originally cost me
money so essentially you are stealing money from my account. I will never spend another dime on Xbox or its services after this straight up theft.

    :)

  2. Microsoft stealing my money

Hi, I recently purchased the Knife of Dunwall DLC for Dishonored and it came up with a message something along the lines of "cannot download items right now" So I restarted my xbox and it's showing that I've never purchased it even though It has taken £6.75
from my account. I checked my email and I have the purchase confirmation, but the xbox.com website or the xbox dashboard has any recollection of this.

    Adune,

Sorry to hear about the problems. So if you scroll to Settings, then select Account and choose Download History you don't show this as the top entry? If so then just click on it and select Download Again. If not then the good news is that since you have
the confirmation e-mail this will have the date and confirmation number. I would recommend contacting Microsoft Phone Support to either look at providing a refund so you can re-purchase or so
they can figure out what is going on. Let us know how things go.

You do realise that some currency/points expire so you will lose them if you don't use them before the expiry date.

Not the ones you buy, there's no expiry date on those but currency earnt through promo's can expire.

Also, any points you had that were converted to currency when the change happened have an expiry date as well.

What you should do is click on the "My Account" button on the top of this very page, then look an the "Transactions" list for any purchases over the past 2 months, and check for anything that you did not buy yourself. If there
is anything, you should report it to Xbox Support at the link below.

You cannot turn off auto-renewal by email. Those emails don't ask you if you want to turn it off, they're just to inform you that you're going to be charged. The only way to turn off auto-renewal is to call customer support.
