    Microsoft error issue has angered me


    Have the error message e101 even went out bought a usb flash drive downloaded the offline update my xbox 1 is still stuffed , I know my xbox is out of warranty but £240 to repair it is a joke when the error is caused by a Microsoft update I have over 300
    xbox games and have been a very good customer the hard drive is only £58.00 on amazon and amazon make profit on that so £240 on an issue caused by an update is outrageous to say the least I am seriously thinking of changing to playstation where oddly you can
    change your own hardrive Microsoft sort out the changing of hardrive issue . I have always been a massive fan of xbox but this is a bitter pill to swallow.

    It's an issue only microsoft can resolve done my home work on this my one x is scrap pay them 236 to fix or 367 for new console on amazon , on the ps4 you can change the hardrive easily Microsoft hmmmmn I have seen adverts fr 159 to replace but no guarantee
    if it screws up through another update

    Yes I even have all my games saved to my two 4 tb ssd external drives so the xbox one x can run more easily it's just poor you cant replace your own hard drive easily as I said it's a bitter pill to swallow I have always been a big xbox fan

    Having the same issue,it's sickening the lack of help from them.Apparently (I'm no expert) the osu1 file is newer than something in the console so it won't work.Cant even factory reset!!!
