Microsoft enforcement team sucks

This is a group of **** fascists that get to decide all the rights and wrongs that you've done. This is just liberal crybaby ****. You can't speak to them because they're nerds in mom's basement that hide behind a computer, no way to contact them, not even
on net. Where I'm from we have laws, I pay you for service and I demand to be treated like an American, we have the right to face our accuser it at least to a trial, you've denied us that and PlayStation and my $4000 a year are going to be better spent there.

Account suspension

That doesnt matter I was told by support that they would let the enforcement team know and when I get screwed cause Microsoft sucks and the enforcement team doesn't know what their doing that isn't fair for me

Xbox enforcement team sucks!

case reviews are pointless. They will NEVER change their minds, no matter what evidence you have. I use my ps4 more than my Xbox one because of the malicious behavior of the enforcement team.

Now MS and it's fascist joke of an "Enforcement Team" is censoring the forums as well. My post that supported your sentiment from yesterday has been deleted, no explanation, no email, it just never existed! So, I'm just going to throw my support here in
the comments and ask that everyone upvote this thread if your sick of being censored for a service you
PAY for. You may get your personal information hacked and stolen over at Sony but it's starting to look like a better option than paying to have your account banned constantly because someone on the enforcement team has some personal vendetta
against you. Or in my case, maybe they're just a Packers fan and find the name Mike Ditka offensive to them.

Hahaha you guys are funny. You are on a private forum that supports a private service that has Terms of Use that you agreed to when you joined and you're complaining that when you break the rules that you already agreed to that you are being treated unfairly.

Nobody cares how much money you spend, where you live, how long you have been a member, whether you go to PlayStation or not (cause that isn't old) or what team you root for. If you are being "banned constantly" then maybe the Xbox Live experience isn't
for you, since you can't seem to figure out how to play well with others and not act out or retaliate.

Hey D bag, been on Xbox live for 15 years. Was one of the original beta testers back on the original Xbox. In all of those 15 years I was never banned once. I haven't changed a thing, never broke a rule, have actually contributed in reporting the truly abusive
and vulgar players. Now something has changed within MS and I've gotten banned over my Gamertag twice for no just cause (reminder, 15 years with the same gamertag). It's real funny until they start coming after you for no apparent reason, so keep laughing
it up troll.

If anything in your message to the other player violated the code of conduct which can be found
Here then your account would be subject to a suspension.

The only people that can help you is the enforcement team which can be reached

You can go to their website and sign in with the account that has the suspension on it and click on the orange hammer and see your enforcement history and if the enforcement action is eligible you can file for a case review.

Keep in mind that any messages sent that violate the code of conduct and is reported to the enforcement team will get your account suspended it does not matter if the other person started violating the code of conduct when they sent messages to you if that
does happen in the future it would be best to report them, then block them and then mute them so you will not get messages or matched up with them in the future
