Microsoft enforcement please address

My account was already suspended which was supposed to be lifted earlier this month but i havent been able to message or do anything. I never got a notification to say it was extended so i got a hold of Xbox Support who had told me it was due to a console
ban. There are multiple people who use my account and multiple people who use my xbox. Before the console ban i couldnt message for almost two months at the time already and a little time before that i couldnt even log into live. Yes I understand it gets extended
100 days if a console ban happens but what I dont get is why was my account suspension extended? I already couldnt message for at least two months so why was my suspension extended when it couldnt be me harassing, abusing, or whatever it was that caused a
console ban due to me already being suspended almost two months at the time it happened. And now due to someone else being a dick on my xbox I know have to wait another two months. Look at my rep and everything and my profile. Im a very helpul member of the
community and i help people in games as much as i can and its really hard to when i cant send messages or talk to people. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

I have been communication banned for no reason

Hi there,

Please visit enforcement.xbox.com and sign in with your Microsoft Account. From there, if you visit your "enforcement history" it will show the details for your suspension, including a brief reason and the duration.

If you are eligible, there may also be a button to open a "case review" where you can contact the Enforcement Team for a review of your suspension. Note that this is the only way to contact the Enforcement Team.

In addition, you should have also received an email to the address on your Microsoft Account with the same information.

Sorry to hear this but according the CoC/ToU you are responsible for everything that happens by your account/console even if you were not the one using it. If you believe this is a mistake you can file a case review.

 

You can't file for a case review on 100 day suspensions,they don't show on the enforcement site.

100 day suspensions are usually issued when the enforcement team find multiple violations of the ToU/CoC someone has committed,these where probably found while investigating your other suspension.There's no time limit on when you can be suspended for a violation
of the rules so these other offences would of been from several weeks ago or even longer,before your first suspension was issued.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop you from doing this.

The other accounts will work on other devices,not just the suspended console.

You shouldn't let other people use your account either.

Rep is completely separate & has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not.
