Microsoft Enforcement is a BIG JOKE!

I am tired of your mickey mouse enforcement policy. You have suspended my account for some bologna and I am tired of you. I want my online multi player gaming privileges restored. I will switch to Sony Playstation just so I don't have to deal with your incoherent
rules. I will make it my life's goal to use Twitter, Instagram and Facebook to tell everyone what a bunch of hypocrites Microsoft is. You know under age kids are playing age restricted games yet you do nothing because you want to make money on software. Your
judgment by peers is ridiculous and your case review system is inept and ludicrous.

So you admit to insulting someone & you get a 24 hour suspension.

Don't see what the issue is.You broke the rules,got caught & were punished.Everything seems to be working fine to me.

If you have reported someone then they will be investigated,which takes time,and if they have violated the ToU/CoC in any way then they will receive enforcement action.

You wont be told the result of that investigation.Vary rarely you may get a thank message but this does not happen often.

the Xbox enforcement is the biggest joke out there. People are constantly hacking and kicking people offline. But nothing happens to them. Yet the people just playing the game having fun get BOOTED OFFLINE!! Witch shouldn't even be a thing thease dummys
should be able to do.. They say it's a privilege.. But I pay for this ****. This is robbery And you guys should be sued. Stupid idiots this is why no one plays Xbox anymore cuz of **** like this. Enforcement never does there job!

 

You the age rating on a game does not mean someone under that age can't play it right?

Age ratings only mean that someone under that age can not buy the game,it does not mean they can not play it & it only applies to the single player anyway.

Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone & that's exactly the same over on PSN.

As the enforcement team don't use the forums you would need to go to the enforcement site here & file for a case review if eligible.

 

Hello, Microsoft stooge! Thanks for the lecture. Everything I already knew. Mature content is still available to impressionable teens and it's an example of terrible parenting. My problem is these kids playing GTA and then becoming offended by some comments
with harsh language. And then Microsoft banning people because of there reports. Does Microsoft monitor party conversations because there is harsh language and verbal threats expressed every 30 seconds. I have been verbally berated by 10 year old squeakers
on more than one occasion.

The Microsoft Enforcement Team is a faceless group of hypocrites and idiots. I have applied for a case review and it's a complete waste of time.

I can accept a ban from all communications, but restricting online multi player gaming privileges is something I strongly disagree with.

As I said, the heck with Microsoft and their enforcement morons.

Will be going back to PC gaming. Microsoft is a JOKE!!

 

Ummm ratings have nothing to do with who can play games you do realize that righr?.

It's for consumers buying at the till

And hate to tell you but the rules still apply on Sony and yes they do have you rated e for everyone and they do enforcer their rules you can look at their suspension forums if you want proof

what does underage kids have anything to do with the rating of the game you are playing?

Ratings are for single player aspect

Even Sony has rated e for everyone rules for online games

Also only prevents kids from buying certain ratings but not playing

And no Congress nor any international laws prevent them from playing

That actually falls under parents legally

Are you sure you want to test that theory of yours by spending thousands of dollars getting a new library and new consoles and accessories?

You can spend some time reading Sony's suspension forums to see how people get banned for bad behaviour
